The HOA management company is your point of contact for questions and concerns about the community. You may be required to leave a message at times, but you WILL receive a return call or email. SBB responds to ALL messages. Verify you are calling the correct management company with the correct phone number, as some residents have called the wrong management company. All calls to SBB are recorded. New residents also receive a welcome letter upon moving into the subdivision.

Please call the Police as soon as possible regarding illegal activity. While the HOA is interested to know of security concerns in the community, the HOA does not have law enforcement authority.

During the week between 8 am and 5 pm email Christy Jordan directly for a quicker response. For maintenance emergencies after hours such as a water leak, please call SBB Community Management. They maintain an "Emergency On-Call" system to respond to the needs of the residents in the community in the event of any emergency. An emergency is defined as "a threat to property or a threat to life". If you should have an emergency when the office of SBB is closed, please call the regular office number, 281-857-6027, and follow the emergency instructions on the voice mail system. They will return phone calls as quickly as possible. The Emergency On-Call system is available 24/7/365.
